Nice clean rooms with a decent pool, and great service.
Located in a lovely little town with a beautiful Beach. This hotel has a beautiful pool and all the rooms have a bedroom with two beds and a kitchenette. the lower floors walk out to a pool and they have a common area with furniture and a large screen TV which is always on a Mexican station. They also have a barbecue and small outdoor gym. It is within walking distance of the beach. The staff, especially Mario are very friendly. It's very clean and very popular with Mexicans. We stayed there earlier this year and in the last few years for a couple nights at a time. I love this place!
Needed a good break away vacation after working hard. The bartender at La Tomatina recommended this place and stayed there when he first came into town. She was a great support to him. We booked our 3 weeks after a bad 1 night experience somewhere else. The room was very nice with air and a little outdoor area to hang clothes and wash a few things. The staff were always on the go from 7 am on and kept the place in great shape. Marisela, the owner, was a great host. I must say it was the best holiday I have had jn several years. The pool was about 18 yards long so great for doing laps. Definitely would come back.
We love Las Tortugas! It has everything we need. Amazing and attentive staff; beautiful, clean facility. Very family friendly. Always working to ensure the facility is clean and well maintained. It made our stay feel like a home away from home. Simplemente perfecto!
My mom came down from Canada for a month to visit me in March in Lo de Marcus. Bungalows Las Tortugas was absolutely perfect. Good price, great rooms & amenities (large lap pool, outdoor kitchen area). My mom was on the ground floor because she can’t do stairs. There was ramps and we could take her scooter & go out for dinner or to Saturday’s market at the plaza. We also hired a care worker (Taz LDM Taxi & Home Care Service) who was amazing. She took great care of Mom & cooked delicious nutritious meals and rides around town & to and from the airport. Mom & I highly recommend Bungalows Las Tortugas (and Taz LDM Taxi & Home Care). We are already planning next year!
Our room at Hotel Tortugas on the ground floor was perfect! Hot shower, functioning drains, no bad sewer oder, comfortable bed, very well equipped kitchen. The room was so quiet at night. It is nicely situated next to the pool. Bonus...secure parking for our car. The management was easy to deal with. I highly recommend Hotel Tortugas in Los de Marcos.
